I can't understand how these dealerships can even be halfway loyal to Customers or even care when they drain their LOYAL clients pockets off their petty market inflated cost. Maybe Honda should start marking up all their inventory that you all overcharge the consumers that have kept your store open for so many years. You all make money off MSRP, which Honda says that's what the car should cost. When a person is willing to pay that, and you think it's not enough, you're not interested in Customers, you're interested in money. HONDA needs to regulate for their loyal customers. If people stop buying, maybe you all will stop taking advantage of your "loyal" clients. Or since they have to pay Luxury prices, they can get a Luxury car. The salesperson I spoke with couldn't even accept a full sticker offer on a new Accord because they need $2900 over. He was super nice, but it seem like Management is running a lottery on the cars over there. Sad.. More

Geesh, what’s with the tude… lol I came out to see the 2022 Civic SI in person, knowing it’s completely rare to find. Spoke to a salesman in person (Darryl Tyler, Sales Associate ) and geesh you would ha 2022 Civic SI in person, knowing it’s completely rare to find. Before I could ask any more questions he asks “You come to ask questions or come to purchase a car” lol just POINT BLANK. Lol I mean the customer service here has always been iffy…. The service dept has gotten a lot better but I don’t think this is a good dealer to buy from. FYI the cars on the lot are all sold… THE CUSTOMER JUST HASNT PICKED IT UP.. what sense does that make to leave it out on the lot without sold tag or signage?!?!. Do better Curry and check ya sales associates… it’s my bday so I’m in a good mood lol otherwise that interaction could have went a lot differently. More

I found the exact car I wanted and it was at the dealership. I drove almost 50 miles and wa able to negotiate the price and trade in that I wanted.
