I had an appointment and arrived on time. The work was preformed. As the work was not covered by warranty, I paid the bill in full. The work took 15-20 minutes to complete. The service writer of service manager told me that the Curry policy was to charge for a full hour of labor. I was a little surprised by this. After working over 25 years in the automotive dealership service dept. As well as numerous non-dealer facilities this was new to me. More
