He assisted me from beginning to end. He went above and beyond for when there were a few bumps on road on making sure I was able to take my car home with me that same night. The test drive was informative as I got to see several feature in use the Fit Sport had installed of which I was not aware. Scott was not like other pushy local used car sales staff I dealt with recently and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Overall a painless experience. When I got the Fit home for the first time I was showing it to a friend and the car wouldn't start. After trying the limited number of trick I knew of I called Curtiss-Ryan and they sent a technician within an hour. The tech installed a new battery free of charge and all was well from that time on. I got a free Lojack vehicle recovery system with the car which I was unaware of until I picked up the vehicle. This is normally a $1000 device. Registration of that Lojack service was easy, free and fast. Lastly I had a key made on site that only opens the door in the event I get locked out of the vehicle with the keys inside.
