We've done a lot of business with this dealer in the past and in general my family and I love Honda and hence we chose to go here. He went out of his way to be accommodating and he was very laid back and answered all of our questions and concerns in a very helpful and friendly manner. Was not entirely thrilled with the price but I do give them credit for allowing us room to negotiate a little bit. Overall, I highly recommend Curtiss Ryan Honda! More
Ed is excellent as a salesperson - friendly, gets answers, follow through with timing, etc. Also called after the sale, which was nice. Ed noticed a coffee spill or something that had created a spot on the passenger seat - he immediately cleaned it. But, in addition to that, there was "dust" or small white pieces of something in many of the crevices, etc. I had to vacuum when I got home - not what you would expect. More

Stopped in to see about the price for a 2013 Honda civic LX. First the price was high matching the dealers invoice but I had gotten a internet price from another local Honda dealer that was much lower. Afte LX. During my test drive he answered all my questions and pointed out other things that I needed to know about the vehicle. After the test drive I knew I was very interested. He put together a complete proposal and explained each element, and which items he felt were most important for me to consider. I went back the next morning to buy a vehicle. Scott took me to look at more vehicles so I could choose the color and interior fittings I wanted after we learned the color and model I wanted had been sold that morning.
