Brian's professionalism and customer service were top notch. It is clear that Brian is a man of integrity (after visiting many other dealers I can say this was very reassuring) and did not come across as trying to push me into a deal. I walked out the same day with my new car. Brian went above and beyond and I am very grateful. The Accord is a great car. I love it! I highly recommend Curtiss Ryan and specifically Brian Zavoluk. He took us out on a test drive and answered all of our questions as completely and honestly as possible. Since we hadn't bought a new car in a number of years, we had some catching up to do on all of the changes in the new Hondas. The purchase process went very smoothly without any hitches. Twelve ye I recently purchased my third Honda from Curtiss Ryan, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Terri Gunger sold me my last Honda, a 2002 Civic Ex. Twelve years later, I came back - looking for her specifically - when I was ready to replace the Civic. Terri is everything anyone could hope for in a sales representative: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, caring, and more than willing to go the extra distance to be sure that her customers leave with what they came for. My current situation was complicated by specific needs, budgetary limits and a minimal amount of time to find a car. Terri presented me with the perfect certified, pre-owned 2011 CR-V, the very first day I met with her. The financing was a breeze (Thank-you, Jack Pape!), and the car was ready for pick-up 5 days later! I couldn't be happier: the total cost was within my budget, I got absolutely everything I needed - and then some, and this CR-V is everything I was looking for. I'm still pinching myself! On a scale from 1 - 10, I give Curtis Ryan Honda and Terri Gunger a 10+. Believe me when I say that they absolutely earned every point of this score! More

Incompetent Service Department Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet after it rained. The van was there for 4 days and I kept getting the same message from the department, “we’re still checking. Not sure what it is yet.” They finally determined it was the switches on the sliding doors which they “fixed.” They also told me they readjusted the driver’s side door so the seatbelt issue was also taken care of. Today a few months later, the problem is back. Wet seatbelt, alarm firing on its own and Curtis Ryan calls saying it’s another part on the sunroof. I said, “so fix it considering it wasn’t done last time.” The manager says, “it’s going to be $112 to start plus about 4 hours or so to determine if that is the true issue.” REALLY??? So the problem wasn’t fixed the first time and now I have to pay more money for inadequate service? What happens 3 months from now?? This dealership is by far the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about a Honda DO NOT use Curtis Ryan!!!! More

Going back to Nissan I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and ne I purchased a top of the line CRV. No haggling. I just needed a new car. I was very clear with my salesman that I have some issues with vision and needed a good GPS and bright headlights. I was assured that the model I was purchasing had both. Needless to say, it has neither. The GPS rarely shows the street names. Rather just screen after screen of lines with no street names anywhere. I rarely know what street I'm turning on to. The headlights are so dim that my passengers keep telling me to "put on the lights". It's an accident waiting to happen. I voiced my concern, but was told it would cost me $800 to replace the headlights with Acura units. Also, I have read that many other customers have complained about the same issues. Once this car is paid off, it's back to Nissan. More
