Easy to deal with, honest and on top pf the details. Took a while to get my new HR-V, but Jim kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, and it actually arrived a little sooner than expected. They even made a slight error in my NY State registration fees, and they just sent me a check for $138, completely unsolicited. A bit out of the way for those of us in Southern Westchester, but worth the trip for their honesty and ease of doing business. Highly recommended. More
