From our first call to service advisor Shawn V. to pickup, we encountered only professionalism and pleasantness including a willingness to work with us on a matter of timeliness to complete repair. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and plan of action was decided and acted on per our requests. We had already been extremely impressed on the sales side— shoutout to Perry and Marvin— having purchased 3 Hondas there over recent years. Now, we are ‘sold’ as well on their service department.
