Polite, friendly and professional service. I was looking for a new car and they were very low pressure and actually got to know you before selling you a car. They did not upcharge the car by selling over MSRP, they did not require a purchase of a maintenance package or other additional items like other dealers. They were upfront with MSRP and costs of the vehicle including comparing trim levels and different cars. Appreciated the honesty in which they do business. More

Same review different day This review starts with the owner Mr. T. D’Arcy and includes, Mike Campobasso, Francisco Medina, and lastly but not least our sales person Matt Sonneman. I had a very serious is owner Mr. T. D’Arcy and includes, Mike Campobasso, Francisco Medina, and lastly but not least our sales person Matt Sonneman. I had a very serious issue with a vehicle that I purchased from D’Arcy. This was NOT a dealer problem but a Hyundai corporate issue. Once Mr. D’Arcy became aware of my problem he immediately became involved and took extraordinary steps to remedy and solve my problem. This outstanding service reflects the attitude and thoughts that Mr. D’Arcy has instilled in his dealerships of customer service, that all members of his staff follow.
