Just have to give a shout out to Jimmy. He was recommended on reviews so I asked for him and so glad I spoke with him. He was nothing but honest for the car buying experience. He showed me exactly what I asked for. This is a bad time to buy due to the chip shortage and he was honest about it. He didn’t try to sell me on their used cars on the lot when the brand new cars are cheaper. He was extremely nice and helpful. He stayed in contact and requested a rush order when the car didn’t come in the day it should have. He stayed late the day it came in to make sure that I was able to get it that day. Joliet is one of the few that doesn’t sell over the MSRP. Nobody tried to sell you up on anything. Finance can be intimating but not with them. It was two questions and then signed if you want too. Highly recommend Jimmy though for anybody. Even if you have to wait for a car, it’s such a better experience to go through them. You are paying less in the long run as well. More
