My 3rd time leasing with D&M and it was a horrible experience. Josh assured me that tax rebates with the new car would zero out any negative equity with my previous lease as I was getting out horrible experience. I took him on his word since I was a returning customer and had no reason to think otherwise. Got to the point of signing the paper work and noticed a large discrepancy with the gross capitalized cost. I refused to sign the paper work until I saw the itemization of which there was a large amount of negative equity being carried over, that very thing he assured was not. I have referred a few people to D&M but that will not be the case going forward. UPDATE 8/8/2012 After posting this review for Josh I was immediately contacted by the President Joe Graber. After talking with him I have to say that he cares about his company and wants to do the right thing. I would have to recommend this dealer to my friends and family, just not this salesman. Adam Amador worked with me financially to be able to take delivery right away of the truck I wanted after I told him I would have to wait two months to make a deal. If you want a vehicle within a day or two delivery right away of the truck I wanted after I told him I would have to wait two months to make a deal. If you want a vehicle within a day or two without hassling with dealerships, D&M is the way to go, and I highly recommend working with Adam. Leasing through a conventional dealership is as painful as purchasing a vehicle there. Use D&M. Amazing how low the payments are. More
