Our family have been doing business with DM Leasing for many years with excellent support but recently it was all different in a good way. The support and compassion helping me go thru the process was abo many years with excellent support but recently it was all different in a good way. The support and compassion helping me go thru the process was above and beyond. Our home caught on fire in Thanksgiving day and in 4 to 5 days I had to make decisions about a new car. Sherri came to my rescue! She listened to my struggles and my tears. My head was not in buying a new car, my heart was broken because of all the events not just a car. She listened to me, she gave me time to sort my ideas and came prepare with many options so I did not feel lost or overwhelmed. I trusted her completely with the research and she was amazing! She knew I was struggling and she helped me make my decision when my heart and head were not ready for it. These are the moment that you truly value business partnerships because you are treated fairly with respect and care. I know in my heart I was not a daily transaction.
