Polite, personable, thoughtful and timely in all of his communications. I have already shared my experience to so many others, specifically around how amazing it has been to work with Gary. He just gets it and is the real deal. We are so glad that we were introduced to him and thankful on how easy he made this for us. He personally delivered the car to our house, doesn't get much better than this! I heard about D&M Leasing from Kellie Rasberry on the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show (106.1.) I had never leased until now. Cars, along with everything else, are so expensive right now. I like that I'll have options when my lease is up, too. Not long after submitting a little bit of information on the D&M website, Kimberly called me. She was AWESOME throughout this whole process! She was personable, positive, patient, & so helpful! She was quick to respond to my calls & texts, too. She had a car that fit what I told her I wanted within minutes of us hanging up the first time! I couldn't believe it! After thinking about it, I told her I had decided I really wanted a different make/model (that I had not told her previously.) No problem! She had a car that matched that description later that day! It's brand new!! They even put leather seats in it for me! Kimberly delivered the car to me and took my trade-in with her!
