I walked into DCH Academy having done my research on the company and the car I was interested in buying. Walking into the dealership, the first thing I noticed was the diversity in staff. Ash promptly greeted me and we talked about the CR-V. He introduced me to Rashad, who taught me about the Honda CR-V before going on test drive. As a group, we talked possible trade-in and loan options and possibilities. I felt absolutely no pressure from these two professionals and I received information and resources that I could use before I making my final choice. I left that night feeling well-informed, valued, and safe. Before purchasing the car, Ash would communicate with me via text messages answering all the questions that I had while continuing my research. On the night that I purchased the car, Ash and Rashad sat with me explaining all the things I needed clarification on. In the end I got the lowest interest rate, the highest trade in value, and a fair price on my new CR-V.
