Once I arrived at the dealership, I met with Jennifer Calderon and Rob Lidondici. He had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. He was thorough and explained everything I had to sign. He made the process quick and easy!!! As we were signing the paperwork, he had the car being cleaned for me so it would be ready as soon as I was done. After I finished the paperwork with Rob, I proceeded to meet with Vipin Rishi. Again, all the paperwork was ready for my signature. Quick, accurate and efficent!!!! No wasted time at all. Rob explained all the equipment in the car. Jennifer's was exactly what she had quoted me on the phone. There were no extra "surprise" costs once I got there. I had such a great experience with DCH Academy Honda. These three employees I highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a car.
