Bryan Gamble is an extremely pleasant person who made the purchasing process smooth and easy. Not only did he take me for a road test, he took me out on the road a second time when the car was delivered to make sure I understood how to use all of the new technology features. This treatment of a senior (I am seventy-five years old) was particularly reassuring. If I had to summarize the way I feel about Bryan and the other people in the dealership it would be one word-- trustworthy. More

No haggling back-and-forth and he even provided me with a written quote. When I arrived at the dealership, Bryan Gamble greeted me and assisted me with the purchase. He greeted my family and myself and made us feel comfortable. The price I agreed to with Mark was the same as what Bryan presented me. I was especially happy that he was able to get us out of there very quickly with minimal waiting. Excellent Car Buying Experience!!! I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick, easy purchase. I called in advance and spoke with Enrique Castaneta, and asked him to have the car ready to test drive. When I arrived he was ready and waiting. I made an offer on the car which was accepted by the Sales Manager and took delivery on the car 2 hours later. I mentioned to Enrique that I was in a bit of a hurry so sped through the paperwork and got the car prepped in quick time. The entire experience was excellent and couldn't have been handled better. I highly recommend this dealership and found the staff to be accommodating and friendly, and I got a great deal on the car without having to haggle on price. Great experience! More

Subsequent to posting, service manager Steve contacted me, and most issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I therefore upgraded the rating from 2 to 4 stars, and changed my non-recommendation of this service department to a recommendation. Original post: My 6-month old CR-V (bought at this dealership) was towed in with a dead battery two days. ago. I called to let them know that Honda Care would be towing me in. I was told (by Adara in the office) that because there was a cancellation, I'd be taken right away. I wasn't. When the work was done, I was told that a service bulletin for my problem had been issued (so it was a known problem), and the software for my Vehicle Stability Assistance feature had needed to be updated, and the battery was recharged. My issues with this service visit: 1. I should have been notified about this problem BEFORE my battery died (since it was a known problem). 2. The battery should have been replaced by the dealer. This 6-month old battery now has a reduced life span because it had been drained completely, then recharged. 3. The service manager I dealt with (Nicole Damiano) did not explain to me that the problem was also related to the timing of my turning on the emergency brake (of all things). Instead, she gave me a copy of the service bulletin to read this information for myself. 4. The car was returned to me with the automatic headlight feature turned off. That night, I drove for almost an hour in the dark before I realized it. 5. The car was returned to me with the Lane Departure Warning system turned off. It was over a day before I realized this, and had to delve into the owners' manual to figure out how to activate it. Evidently, Road Departure Mitigation is related to Lane Departure Warning.....I think! 6. I had to find Nicole when I saw my car sitting in front of the building, after the service was completed. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, but I had just been checking to see what progress had been made. The paperwork was already on Nicole's desk, but one of the other employees had to go find her for me. More

Good dealership I went to DCH Academy after visiting other dealership in the area. DCH was professional and a nice place to do business with. Ash was a very nice salesman we did negotiate but he was always professional and I would recommend him to others. Jenni in finance was also very nice and easy to deal with. I bought my wife's Honda at a different dealership and was hesitant about buying a Honda again love the cars but that dealership was horrible. I am glad I went to DCH had a very pleasant experience and love the car. More
