I bought my 2020 Honda civic from them about a month ago now. It was supposed to be “certified”. I had taken it to a local Honda dealership near me since I live 2 1/2 hours from them, because of the ongoing now. It was supposed to be “certified”. I had taken it to a local Honda dealership near me since I live 2 1/2 hours from them, because of the ongoing issue I had with my low tire pressure light coming on every week. I had a nail in the one tire that was giving me the issue most. The Honda dealership near me fixed that but also stated this car is definitely not certified, and will barley pass inspection in PA. I had many issues going on. For starters, I had a big hole in the underneath of my car. My tires were starting to dry rot, there were missing bolts, scratches everywhere (mostly under my front bumper), etc. After pulling teeth with this dealership, they’re going to fix everything finally. I also had to get my car re-detailed because they did a poor job. I will mention, they are reimbursing for a few things I had to pay for. I’m still not happy with everything that went on/going on, but I will say my salesperson Ron has been great. He’s been doing what he can to help me. That I do appreciate, being a lot of salespeople don’t care after you pay. I honestly hope this guy gets a raise after this, because he deserves it. On another note, I’m hoping everything gets fixed correctly and I can finally enjoy my new car. More
