Ron took the time to listen to my requirements and desires, and then proceeded to present me with an overview of the vehicle I was interested in, the Honda CR-V. He was through in his review of the car's features and how it met my needs. The result was a very satisfactory car buying experience which was done in a friendly unhurried professional manner, and without any of the unpleasant hard sell techniques that are sometimes introduced. Sanjay was helpful with any questions and I did not feel rushed or pressured one way or the other. It was also reassuring when I chose a vehicle, DCH was able to make repairs and replace what was needed to give my dad a safe vehicle to drive in. I would DEFINITELY go to DCH for a third time when it comes. More

First bad experience at the finance office with Jenni Negrin DCH Academy Honda is employs some of the best customer service driven professionals in the car business. I have dealt with them for the last 10 years DCH Academy Honda is employs some of the best customer service driven professionals in the car business. I have dealt with them for the last 10 years referring multiple customers throughout each year. Every deal has always been very amicable amonst all members in the transaction. On Feb 18th 2017, I had referred another customer in. I usually sit in the finance office for moral support to customers I refer into this dealership. Jenni Negrin is the first and ONLY finance professional at DCH Academy Honda that when I sat down quietly in the chair, proceeded to become belligerent in expressing verbally, who is buying the car? You (ME) are not allowed to speak on behalf of the customer. Only the person buying the car is allowed to speak. I don't mean to be rude to you but I have many customers who are not buying the car interfere with my finance paperwork, telling me to get the paperwork done with. She went as far to say: If you are not comfortable with him in the room, he can leave. I had not even spoken a word yet. No other DCH Finance Manager has treated me in this way in any of their stores. Jenni Negrin needs 1) Stress Management Course 2) Anger Management Course 3) Sensitivity training related to Customer Service. 4) Occupational Therapy if she having a bad day, she shouldn't be taking out her frustration on the next customer. She needs to stop drinking Red Bull which she was drinking, to calm her anxiety down in order to breathe or close her door, take a breather before going into her next deal. She lacks courtesy, professionalism and respect for repeat customers bringing in referrals. Otherwise, this dealership has always been nothing but kind, fair and professional to anyone who looks and behaves reasonably. More
