It's poor customer service to have customers wait in their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor. They should have a Supervisor or a Master Tech to check the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. I Received my vehicle and noticed the Safty Cover underneath t the work that’s done by these Technicians before the car is released to the customer. DCH Brunswick has the worst service department of any dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. Paul was great, though the situation did get m dealer I have ever been to. They do not do quality work on cars as you would think a dealership would. Paul was great, though the situation did get me heated about them putting a zip tie to fix my mudflap without my knowledge, he knows how to make it right. I will be taking my vehicle to another toyota dealership for its service from now on. More

Bought two cars here. ..great experience.... Lisa Ocasio is the best! Took my car in for service....3 hours+ for oil change and tire rotation!!!!!!!!! Terrible experience ..great experience....
