I am sorry to say that my experience has gone down hill with this dealer. I have not received my finance paperwork and when I called the finance manager I got the runaround from him, not to mention he tried to make me feel bad for him working on his day off to handle my issue. I also spoke with the General manager to only get a quick sorry from him but that's the extent of his concern. I feel that after the sale this dealership has NO concern at all for its customers, I haven't even heard from my salesman since the day I bought my car. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend or use this dealer ever again. More

DCH Freehold shown me excellent customer service and the Sales Manager (Matthew) was amazing. I just went for my number plates and they washed my car as well and they remember me and treated me extremely nice. The reasons why I will recommend DCH Freehold are below: 1. Honesty (my number 1 reason) - They are honest and tells you the reason behind what they are doing and the price. 2. Customer Service - Amazing. Everyone is nice and willing to help out 3. Good prices - They don't have hidden fees. Some other place I went gave a price and later on wanted to add certification fee to a car that was already certified. smh If you want a Toyota then go there and ask for Matt Mongiello and tell him I (Derrick - who bought a Certified Highlander recently) recommended the dealership. I was an hours drive to go there but I am happy I did and haven't regretted it. Good luck More
