Horrible customer service. Went in to get a car and wanted to do a trade for a another car and just because I was not going to give a down payment I was treated so horrible like i was not of any intere wanted to do a trade for a another car and just because I was not going to give a down payment I was treated so horrible like i was not of any interest or a priority. I got there first and was being helped by a guy named Bruno who is the one that was an unpleasant salesman. I was brought out to see a car of interest and explained to him what I wanted to do and after I told him I had no down payment he blew me off and started attending other customers and left me waiting. I asked for a discount price on the vehicle and he laugh and said “dealers don’t give discounts to people who don’t have down payment” . And proceeded to say my trade in was not even worth appraisal because I was not going to afford a new car. Rude guy don’t go there More

As for other staff members at DCH Freehold I could not say the same. Namely a sales manager named “Mayor.” From the moment he sat down to discuss price, Mayor was abrasive and arrogant. The only reason why we did not walk out was because after asking for a difference associate, Matthew was able to assist us fully. I appreciated the professionalism both of those individual showed us to end up locking in a competitive price in this market. Thank you Ian and Matthew, you by far saved the sale. As for Mayor, he should be sent to some additional customer service trainings in the future. More

He was beyond rude and degrading with the way he spoke to us. He cursed in front of us, he was combative, told us multiple times to google things, and then tried pinning my husband and I against each other. But nonetheless, I highly recommend working with Ian, I look forward to working with him again in the future! More
