As first time car buyers, we were hesitant about getting hustled. As such, we did a lot of the work prior to arrival. Nonetheless, Ian still made us feel comfortable and made the process seamless. In fact, because of the overall car shortage, our car was still en route to being delivered to the dealership when we closed the deal on it- Ian still took the time to show us a very similar car (different color) without ever trying to sell us anything more than what we were looking for. Moreover, he kept us continually updated on the status of the car delivery; it only took a few days to arrive but considering our excitement, this really meant a lot to us and considering we already had closed the deal, it wasn’t really required of him. Finally, one thing that really impressed me was that we had already gone in having shopped for interest rates from different banks and had found an objectively good interest rate- somehow, Ian’s team was able to find us an even more competitive rate.
