I leased a Toyota Corolla hybrid 2021 LE Sedan on May 2nd 2021 and its tire bursted on New Jersey turnpike on June 7th, 2021 when my daughter was coming back from her rotation to home , it was really a terri 2021 and its tire bursted on New Jersey turnpike on June 7th, 2021 when my daughter was coming back from her rotation to home , it was really a terrible accident , the next day I went to the DCH freehold Toyota dealership and spoke with QA manager Fort and asked how could it happen to brand new car leased just one month ago , he said we don’t cover tires warranty and he gave me the Yokohama ( tire manufacturer company ) to contact them , I called them and spoke with Ms Lee but she said if you leased the car , we don’t have any warranty on leased cars , I was so surprised so then leased cars can have defective tires and if you leased a car and it bursted the next day , nobody is responsible ? Neither the dealership nor the manufacturer is taking the responsiblity of that accident , Even I am not concerned with what has happened , I was concerned can someone either from the dealership or the Yokohama company can do QA of the remaining 3 tires so that it would be safe to drive that car on highways in future , I called twice to both places and they are just playing with my issue like a no big deal ,making me feel that it’s not needed , I am so stressed our what if my daughter died or something bad would happen to her , Such a shame and inhuman behavior shown by both places , My concern is from Toyota dealership , why they didn’t clearly tell their customers about tire warranty and leased vehicles have no tire warranty , but if some incident happens it must be the dealership or the manufacturer responsiblity to do the quality assurance so that future accidents can be prevented , I must say I have The Worst Customer Service Experience with the service Department and will never lease with this dealership ever again and won’t refer any body ever More

Very Disappointed! I have never written a bad review for any type of business before. After waiting a long time for someone to help us , which is very unusual in itself when going to a car dealer , I test d any type of business before. After waiting a long time for someone to help us , which is very unusual in itself when going to a car dealer , I test drove and fell in love with a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe that was on the lot , when my husband & I went in to purchase the vehicle they said the internet price was 2,000 dollars more then the sticker price on the car. Their mistake and they were not willing to budge . They said an outside company comes in to change the sticker prices and they do not know why that one was not done . When you go into a store and the price at the register is different then the price on the shelf , they always give you the lower price. After speaking with the manager , he said there is a big demand for used vehicles right now and that was why the price was 2,000 dollars more then the sticker price. If they would have met us in the middle for THEIR MISTAKE , we still would have taken the car . As we were leaving we took a picture as proof of the sticker price on the car and our salesperson followed closely behind and ripped the sticker off of the car. DCH Toyota of Freehold will never have my business. More
I had recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac Escalade from them and within one week after questioning their mismatch tires . they said that they put new tires on it . I questioned one of the tires they said it was passable meanwhile 4/32s is not acceptable The tire won’t even hold air , it goes down to 11 pounds overnight i’ve called four times already and I’ve been put on hold each time they won't even return my phone calls I guess this is why they have reviews . also I have in writing an offer for my trade-in which was low at 6800.then when I got there they wanted to offer me 4000 . In a used car market where the trade-ins are valued higher than ever. I’m tired of people blaming not taking care of the customer on Covid so if this is how they wanna play , they get a bad review I'll buy my own tires when I spend $54,000 I shouldn't have to buy a tire on my own I would never buy another vehicle from DCH freehold Toyota .also the mgr Maria told me it was a Cadillac loaner which was a lie I found documentation in the vehicle after I purchased it from enterprise Rent-A-Car in Baltimore so it’s nothing more than a rental. horrible customer service. Take my advice and take your money elsewhere. Where you would be taken care of. Not to mention they wouldn’t go a dime on the vehicle reduction in price at all. They even tried to tack on 500. Charge for the etch which i refused to pay . I never trusted car dealers and this is exactly why I should’ve read other reviews on DCH Toyota Freehold, I should of bought my Escalade a Cadillac dealer and paid a couple of bucks more but I didn’t have the extra money they wanted and end up now I end up having to buy new tires for it. I guess it’s better than I have to foot the bill for a new set a tires so other people don’t have to get to experience what they do and treat customers More

We bought a 2019 HIGHLANDER XLE in’19 - this is the first Toyota we’ve owned, LOVE IT!! We got a post in the mail about trade-ins at DCH TOYOTA FREEHOLD. So, with the mind set of “it can’t hurt to check out the offer” my husband and I drove into the dealership in my 2019 XLE Highlander and drove out in a brand new 2021 XSE Highlander 3 hours later. Vinny was great, absolutely no pressure, more than helpful & extremely personable. Matt gave us our numbers and was so patient explaining them to me since we had a trade in.
