We bought a 2019 HIGHLANDER XLE in’19 - this is the first Toyota we’ve owned, LOVE IT!! We got a post in the mail about trade-ins at DCH TOYOTA FREEHOLD. So, with the mind set of “it can’t hurt to check out the offer” my husband and I drove into the dealership in my 2019 XLE Highlander and drove out in a brand new 2021 XSE Highlander 3 hours later. Vinny was great, absolutely no pressure, more than helpful & extremely personable. Matt gave us our numbers and was so patient explaining them to me since we had a trade in. Ian mis-represented this car. I am came in for a Camry, but I drove out with a Lexus disguised as a Camry. Sure it had all the Camry/Toyota logos, but it has all the bells and whistles of a Lexus and ride but I drove out with a Lexus disguised as a Camry. Sure it had all the Camry/Toyota logos, but it has all the bells and whistles of a Lexus and rides like one. Changing the logos doesn't fool me. It's a Lexus. Great help from Ian...he knows his stuff. More

I was replacing my first model ye experience with DCH Freehold Toyota was truly enjoyable. Ian (Salon) handled my purchase of a 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE. I was replacing my first model year 1996 RAV4 and he understood my emotional connection of 25 years with the same car. He expertly took me thru all the many features of my new RAV4 and happily took a picture of me standing between the old and new RAV4’s. My experience with Ian and DCH Freehold Toyota was worth having to travel 90 miles to get there.
