Ian-michael Salon My wife and myself had made a appt in the evening at the dealership with Ian, I just expected to look and make a decision in a few days. Boy was I wrong, Ian was so good had a list of cars in our price range to just scroll down on the ipad to make our lives easier. Once we decided which Rav 4 we wanted he went to work. We test drove and he gave us a detail explanation about the car like it was his own. after getting us approved he was there way past his shift to make sure everything went smooth. after getting the car he walked us outside and for 30 minutes explained everything on the car. Ian made us feel like family and i don't think i would ever buy a car unless it was from Ian. Toyota is lucky to have him and his terrific customer service skills. More
