Samuel Altshul met with me & let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in, a Toyota 4Runner, and I fell in love with it & had to have it! Let me just say that Sam is a very pleasant young man with such a calm, positive disposition. Sam, and his manager, offered refreshments & chit-chat, to pass the time until it was my turn to sign on the dotted line. The finance department was extremely busy, in fact, I didn't sign my papers until an hour after the dealership closed... And they still had 5 other deals to wrap up after me! Excellent experience overall I initially came to DCH on a whim looking for a car for my husband. I met with Ian, who showed me two certified pre-owned cars that fit most of my pre I initially came to DCH on a whim looking for a car for my husband. I met with Ian, who showed me two certified pre-owned cars that fit most of my preferences. But, after speaking with my husband later, some preferences changed. Ian kept in touch with me in the days and weeks after my visit, and when I relayed the change of preferences to him, he sent over every car that "fit the bill" as soon as it came to the dealership! Not too long after, Ian sent over a car that was perfect. We quickly made an appointment with him. Ian was extremely patient with us, as we had to change our appointment time. As soon as we came in, he had the car ready to go for a test drive. Ian was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout the whole experience. He worked with us to get the best price, and when we told him we were on a time crunch, was able to complete the sale of the car in our timeframe. He even came in the next day, his day off, to greet us and go over all details one last time as we picked up the car. We cannot thank Ian enough for keeping in touch with us, for making this experience as painless as possible, and for his professionalism at every step.
