I came in for a recall notice for a software update and an oil change. While doing the software update they also do an overall check and found an issue which was actually covered under the extended warranty I got when I bought my used car there back in 2015. I was relieved they found the issue and very happy they were able to fix it the same day for only a small deductible. I waited for the work in the lobby and was updated every so often. Very customer oriented. I didn't know about the reviews when I bought my car but would have given a 5 star for my experience with Nori. More

VIP Treatment First of all, the dealership was PACKED! I've never seen a car dealership bustling with so many customers, in all my 55 years. As busy as they were, First of all, the dealership was PACKED! I've never seen a car dealership bustling with so many customers, in all my 55 years. As busy as they were, I did not have to wait. Samuel Altshul met with me & let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in, a Toyota 4Runner, and I fell in love with it & had to have it! Let me just say that Sam is a very pleasant young man with such a calm, positive disposition. Sam, and his manager, offered refreshments & chit-chat, to pass the time until it was my turn to sign on the dotted line. The finance department was extremely busy, in fact, I didn't sign my papers until an hour after the dealership closed... And they still had 5 other deals to wrap up after me! I can totally see why this dealership was so busy. I've bought many vehicles over the years, but these guys made this my best experience to date! I highly recommend DCH Freehold Toyota! More
