This was my first car purchase in 10 years. I had to expedite this quickly as my existing car just blew its transmission. From the minute Karen answered the phone I knew I was in the right pl I had to expedite this quickly as my existing car just blew its transmission. From the minute Karen answered the phone I knew I was in the right place. She connected me with Scott Wendling who was terrific in walking me through the whole process with his expertise and people skills. Ray and Paul from the business office were great at explaining all the paperwork involved. Needless to say, my week that started out dismal ended with me driving home in an Accord that I love.
