Paul & Miguel were extremely accommodating and helpful. I was running out of time & eager to get set with a vehicle and spoke with Karen around 5 PM, she forwarded my credit application to Paul who offered t was running out of time & eager to get set with a vehicle and spoke with Karen around 5 PM, she forwarded my credit application to Paul who offered to stay late (past closing) to ensure I pulled away with the car I was looking for. Such a great experience with DCH Kay Honda. T’Keya met us at the door when we walked in and was so helpful to us from beginning to end. She took extra time to explain and demonstrate the features of the car at the door when we walked in and was so helpful to us from beginning to end. She took extra time to explain and demonstrate the features of the car I probably wouldn’t have know about, had she not shown us. Pat was a great help to us with financing and finalizing the transaction. Overall, this is a place I would definitely return to for future car purchases and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. More
