Excellent experience On a "whim" I stopped by to look at a CRV with no intention to buy!! I was just curious. She suggested I take the car for a test drive. By the time I finished talking with Emily, I felt convinced it would be a positive thing to consider. At the time I was there, no one was available to assess my car as a trade in. I went back later in the day for the car I presently owned to be appraised. Mike was very pleasant and spent the time I needed to understand all my options. After spending time with the two of them, I bought the car. Then I met with Pat Connelly and he was just as pleasant and patient as everyone else was. Again, he spent as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. All three of the people I dealt with were pleasant, professional and able to answer my questions.
