And we just leased another car from Scott! We are treated like family at DCH Kay Honda. I'm not just saying that either. It's like a family "reunion" each and every time we trade in our car(s). And the fact that Scott, Pat, and Ray have been with us through every lease is the BEST! It feels so good to see the same faces! It's comforting. You don't have to play the "Get to Know" you game. Additionally, they included a fee such as VIN etching, nitrofill, and something else which is something already on the used vehicle. I was shown the final price of the car with taxes and documentation included but without these extra ADD-ONs of $1000. I was in the process of backing out of the deal due to deceitful practices. If it were not for my significant other and her hopes set on this particular vehicle, I would have left the place immediately. More
