What a refreshing experience from a truly class dealership! Our sales representative, Alex Perez, was an incredible quarterback throughout this process. He greeted us immediately, sat us down and dealership! Our sales representative, Alex Perez, was an incredible quarterback throughout this process. He greeted us immediately, sat us down and in a very professional and relaxed manner, listened to our needs and wants. He then walked us through the lot, showing us vehicle alternatives that might work. He had knowledge of each vehicle and, importantly, when he was unsure of an answer, stated so and then secured the correct response. Alex then helped us test drive those vehicles we were considering and again, answered more of our questions as we went. Upon returning to the dealership, we sat to structure a deal. No pressure, no hype. Alex genuinely wanted us to be fully satisfied. We negotiated a bit; I was able to happily get a price that really worked for us in a no pressure to buy manner. Upon concluding with the sales aspect Alex brought us to Ray in financing (where he stayed with us through the entire process!). Ray was another stellar member of the RCH Kay Honda team. He took the time to explain each step and associated document. We asked questions, got true answers and easily completed the required paperwork. Upon coming home, we decided to make some changes to our financing options. Because we live an hour away from the dealer, Ray worked with us to facilitate these changes remotely. Easy. Then the kicker. We were unable to make arrangements to drive the vehicle back home that day. We were scrambling for a second driver to return with me to pick the car up. NO PROBLEM…our sales rep ALEX to the rescue. He drove the car an hour(one way) to our destination and dropped it off!! Where, once again to be certain, he went over the car to make sure we fully understood. What a great buying experience. If considering a Honda, THIS is the dealership. More
