Amazing! I am not the type to write reviews but I definitely had to do this one! This was not my first time purchasing a car from DCH Kay Honda and both of my I am not the type to write reviews but I definitely had to do this one! This was not my first time purchasing a car from DCH Kay Honda and both of my experiences were phenomenal. This time around I received Alyssia as my sales rep and boy was she amazing! I went there to just simply discuss options on my car that was coming to the end of its lease and I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new car sooner than expected. She will NOT bullsh.. you like others do at other dealerships. She's very realistic and is very honest and will work with you to get whatever it is that you want. Of course with the help from Dennis - manager, Ray - finance & Tyler - service, my experience couldn't have been more great! I wasn't sitting there waiting around all day either, being able to contact Alyssia in advance she already had contracts, the car and everything else ready to go so it was smooth sailing! Couple days later, she was able to also put my cousin in the car of his choice! I've been to other Honda dealerships and they just weren't able to make it work for me but from the grace of god DCH in Eatontown is able to make it work EVERYTIME! Oh, cant forget to talk about their customer service - everybody is so friendly & they even offer you refreshments! I have no complaints :) Thank you! More
