The worst business practice ever. Drove the car. Had my trade evaluated. Was working a deal with a salesman, numbers and trade $$ discussed. Advised that my husband was coming to Drove the car. Advised that my husband was coming to participate in the rest of the process (I had stated that we were interested in and willing to make a deal that day). While I waited outside for my husband to get there, the salesman came out and told me the car sold. He claimed that another salesman got the second key to the car we were working the deal for, took someone for a test drive and then took the folder with the car documents from my salesman's desk and sold the car (it had been about 20 minutes since I went outside.) When I asked how that could happen (salesman had already been to his manager to discuss terms so management was aware of the deal we had been working) he told me there were a lot of sales people at this dealership. He then stated he was disappointed, too and offered to show me another model of the same vehicle (a more expensive one, to make the situation even worse). Very unprofessional. Would never buy a car from this place!!!! More
