Great customer service We visited DCH Paramus this past Monday night at 8pm and were greeted by Roberto Severino. He patiently showed my wife and I the HRV and CRV which We visited DCH Paramus this past Monday night at 8pm and were greeted by Roberto Severino. He patiently showed my wife and I the HRV and CRV which we were looking to choose from and he even took us for a test drive with both even though they closed at 9pm. Roberto took time explaining all the features with a no pressure approach and stayed with us until 9:45pm. We left without buying the car as we were still not sure which one to go with but Roberto made this a great experience as well as providing a good price and we will return to DCH Paramus to finalize the purchase with Roberto's help as well as recommend others to your dealership. He then asked about our EZ-Pass, which we had forgotten. Not only did he get it from the old car, but attached it to the new one.
