Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! This is now my 4th Honda lease, the first 3 being at a different dealership. Since then I had moved but also had a pretty lousy experience and decided This is now my 4th Honda lease, the first 3 being at a different dealership. Since then I had moved but also had a pretty lousy experience and decided to search elsewhere. Came through DCH Paramus Honda and met Daniel back in December. Long story short, it was not the right time for me to switch out of my lease. Nonetheless, Daniel was great in keeping a soft communication about every 6-8 weeks to touch base and see if anything had changed. Nothing crazy, just a nice "Hello, how are you" type of thing. Fast forward to this past week where we touched based via email and he already had notes from our previous meeting and a little back and forth, come this past Saturday morning and I am driving off in new 2017 Civic. Daniel was awesome. Super personable, not at all pushy about selling any additional products or features, and very mindful of me as a customer and what I needed and wanted out of the car and my overall experience. What I appreciated the most was that he treated this entire process as a long-term thing and not something short-term. I don't know that I have ever walked out of a dealer and still have communications with them even months after an initial meeting. I would highly recommend Daniel and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle. More
