I have had 4 Hondas so far (that's JUST me, not my entire family) but the last 2 times I have been there I was assisted by Jenssy Diaz and Bill Sutera. In February, I was looking for a particular car and it was very clear that Jenssy and Bill did everything they could to make me feel like I was their only customer (which is not the case if you see how busy they are!). They found the exact car I was looking for and I was so excited. Unfortunately, a car accident in June left my brand new car totaled which was devastating. My father and I called DCH Honda and with the help of both Bill and Jenssy (for the second time) they found the exact same car I had and within one day and I was driving off the lot again in the car I love. I know for a fact that if all the employees at DCH Honda are even remotely as dedicated and kind as Jenssy and Bill, I will be a customer there for life. Thank you DCH Honda!!! More
