He sold us 3 Elements, 2 CRV's, 1 Civic, a 2014 Accord, and now this car. I traded in a MB with a $600 a month payment to get my Accord. Alex did his usual terrific job and made an expert delivery to me this past week. Go there for your next car and work with Alex. He makes it easy for you. Mike G. More

It was a super easy process. Hamad was very patient. I love my new Honda Sport 2016 with the sensor package. This car may the nicest looking car ever for the money, and for sure, has the highest amount of technology to keep you safe at this price range. I predict car and driver should give it the highest rating ever. More

I debated where to take it, as two years ago, DCH Paramus Honda recommended $2400 worth of repairs, $2200 of which were completely unnecessary. Finally I decided that, since it was by far the most convenient dealership, and I wasn't responsible for the cost, that I would use them anyway. I went to their online service appointment site, and made an appointment. Using the convenient drop down menu, I chose "airbag recall" as the reason for my visit. I received an automated confirmation. Between then and the actual day of appointment, I heard several things in the news about the parts being in short supply, so I called to check. Indeed, they did not have the parts. I was told "You can't make an appointment for that online, we have to order the parts first and it takes 6-8 weeks for them to come in." I asked why then it was an option in the menu, and the woman said it shouldn't be. Which is absolutely true, but nonetheless it was. She said they would call me when the parts came in to set up a service appointment. A week ago I realized it had been ten weeks and called to inquire. Indeed, the parts were in, and the SAME WOMAN said she didn't know why the person I had spoken to the last time never called to set up the appointment. This morning I took the car in. In the interim, the battery in one of the key fobs had died, and I asked them to change it. I took their shuttle service back to work. A couple of hours later, they called to say the recall work was done, but that the car needed a lot of work. I declined having them do the additional work, as I don't trust them after the aforementioned experience. I told the advisor that I needed a shuttle pick up at 4:30, and she said she would send them. At 4:30, I stood outside in the cold, rainy weather for half an hour, no shuttle. I called the dealership. The number I had was apparently the service advisor's private line. She did not pick up, and the recording left no alternate number if you needed immediate assistance. Fortunately, I was able to get a ride to get the car. There was no charge, which seemed odd, because I had asked them to change the battery in the key fob. However, at this point I was so annoyed I ignored it. The person checking me out gave me a five page printout with nine items of required service, after first asking me if I was happy with the service today. I replied that no, I was really kind of annoyed at having to find someone to bring me there when the shuttle never showed up. She then began to go over the list. The first thing mentioned was that the car's battery was low and required attention .... the battery is less than a year old. At that point, I cut her off - I really wasn't interested in going over a laundry list of potentially made-up necessary service items after my previous experience. At 5:45, on my way home, the shuttle driver called to say that she was on her way to pick me up. They hadn't even bothered to tell their own employee that my pickup was no longer necessary. When I got home, I looked at the service report, which included the following "Keyless entry transmitter battery requires immediate attention." No! Really? Because I thought it was absolutely fine .... that's why I asked you to change it. At least I no longer have the potentially killer airbags in my car, but I would strongly suggest that you stay as far away as possible from DCH Paramus Honda. More

There were some delays with the delivery of my vehicle, and he kept me in the loop and up to date along every step of the process. He spent time to explain the vehicle to me and all the options available. Steve also answered tons of phone calls and emails promptly and courteously. I would absolutely recommend Steve and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone looking to be treated right. Jerrod in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. He was friendly and made the paperwork process easy. He also took the time to explain the contract to us and offer some additional options I may be interested in, and could benefit from. More
DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME Drove here because it's close to home and I heard so much about the Honda CR-V that I wanted to see it in person. When I parked, there were 3 salesman Drove here because it's close to home and I heard so much about the Honda CR-V that I wanted to see it in person. When I parked, there were 3 salesman outside waiting like vultures. One guy comes up to me and asks if I want to buy new or used. I say used and he tells me to go inside and walks away. First off, I don't appreciate being hunted down by vultures in the parking lot. Next, I get in and wait a HALF HOUR for a used car salesman. How is it possible that there is NOT ONE guy available? Finally, a guy named Steve Chan introduces himself and we sit at his desk. I tell him that I was interested in a v6 compact SUV with a third row and he says there is basically nothing on their lot with those specs. He decides to print out a 10 page report of all the used cars on his lot and highlight some other options that I might like. I tell him I appreciate the effort, but a simple yes or no was fine. I want to believe that he was going out of his way to help me out, but with this day and age and VULTURE car salesmen, I don't think that was the case. Needless to say, I left unimpressed by Honda and annoyed at the vultures. More

Best experience ever My wife and I just purchased (lease) our first car, a Honda CR-V EX AWD (White) from this dealer. After dealing with and being frustrated by over a do My wife and I just purchased (lease) our first car, a Honda CR-V EX AWD (White) from this dealer. After dealing with and being frustrated by over a dozen shark-like car dealers, it was refreshing to deal with these guys. Krystal, their internet representative was the most efficient and transparent interaction we had in weeks. She answered every query we had, gave us all the numbers we asked for, very promptly, comprehensively and with clarity. None of the "please come in to the show-room and we'll work it out for you" lines we got from every other dealer. Then Andrea was the sales rep who actually worked with us. They picked us up from a convenient location and gave us a ride back to the nearest public transport (We live in Brooklyn and this was 2 hours away). When we got there we realized that another Honda dealer (Metro Honda at Route 440) had tried to deliberately sabotage our approvals because we didn't bite their baits or give in to their arm-twisting car salesman talk. The finance guys at DCH took an extra day to sort it out, but managed to salvage the situation and work out a great deal for us. It worked perfectly well. When we went back, Andrea was again super helpful in finishing up all paperwork and answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable with our new car before leaving their dealership. Although they officially close at 9 PM, they were with us until almost 11 PM. (We walked in at 7 PM and did have some wait time before we could get moving). Although, there were over a dozen Honda dealerships to chose from near Brooklyn, we decided to go the 'extra miles' to DCH Honda Paramus only because of their 1. Clarity and Transparency, 2. Ease of business. More

E mail clearly stated the price was for cvt but when visited the dealer, he insisted the price was for manual. He is either liar or doesn't know what he is doing as a dealer. However, Sam was very friendly and responsive when I was dealing via emails to negotiate the car price. It is very unfortunate that he couldn't keep his good impression. More
