First, I negotiated the price and then sent the offer to the other dealers in the area so they can match and only one was able to match it. The reason I decided to go with this dealer was the sales representative. Anwar Mansour was the guy that helped us, from the very beginning he was very professional and friendly. I've heard horror stories about car salesman, but this guy was very transparent through out the whole process. Not only that he was very friendly but he also allowed me to trust him with my purchase. After purchase - "They do not Know you" Bought 2015 Honda Accord Touring model. Still going through hurdles to get my plates from them and every time I call I get different person who doesn Bought 2015 Honda Accord Touring model. Sales man doesn't pick up my phones and manager isn't there whenever I call. Simple task of getting of plates for customer cannot be fulfilled by them. Beware after purchase!!!!!! More

Danny Turbides, in particular, has been a tremendous help to me. He is incredibly honest, very accessible, and takes pride in being to explain the workings of a car to me. I know very little about the inside of a car and he has helped me navigate the proper service for my car, which is now 100,000 miles and ten years old. It runs like a dream because DCH Paramus Service Center has kept me on track. I have sometimes had to walk in with no appointment because I am a single mom with one car and a demanding job. They always help me with a smile. The best customer service ever!!! More
