After purchase - "They do not Know you" Bought 2015 Honda Accord Touring model. Still going through hurdles to get my plates from them and every time I call I get different person who doesn Bought 2015 Honda Accord Touring model. Still going through hurdles to get my plates from them and every time I call I get different person who doesn't know about my plates. It has been more than a month and still without plates. Sales man doesn't pick up my phones and manager isn't there whenever I call. Simple task of getting of plates for customer cannot be fulfilled by them. Beware after purchase!!!!!! More

Danny Turbides, in particular, has been a tremendous help to me. He is incredibly honest, very accessible, and takes pride in being to explain the workings of a car to me. I know very little about the inside of a car and he has helped me navigate the proper service for my car, which is now 100,000 miles and ten years old. It runs like a dream because DCH Paramus Service Center has kept me on track. I have sometimes had to walk in with no appointment because I am a single mom with one car and a demanding job. They always help me with a smile. The best customer service ever!!! More
