Coming off of a terrible experience at another dealership, I was very skeptical about the car buying process. But once I met with Luih my worries were no longer an issue. He was accommodating and very patient with getting me what I wanted and needed. He worked his magic and made me a very happy and satisfied customer! Judy Piperno was amazing to work with as well she was very professional, pleasant, and thoroughly listened to what I needed and we both came to an agreement. Which I can say I was exceptionally happy with. Eric was such an easy going individual, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever which made me feel comfortable and at ease with purchasing the gap insurance and extra warranty to protect my investment. I must say that these three individuals have made my car buying process such an easy and wonderful experience and they should be commended for their hard work, they all provided the level of service one would expect from a dealership.
