I made the appointment the day before, arrived on time, waited for the car and was promis I had my Prius prime car in for 15,000 routine maintenance. I made the appointment the day before, arrived on time, waited for the car and was promised it would be done in 45 minutes, and the service was completed in 45 minutes. There was no charge for this service. Everyone courteous and professional. More
