I bring all my service work to DCH and this process needs to improve; from the time I check in to the time I receive the paperwork to check out. More

Tracy was very helpful over the phone and by email. She made certain I was able to view what I wanted and assisted me with a computer glitch to ease the process. Nate (sales) was not pushy at all. He was friendly, professional, and informative. David (finance), also professional and friendly, was a wealth of information and assisted me with my choices and purchase. This dealership was very forthcoming with Carfax info and allowed me time to think and understand my choices. All in all, a wonderful experience where I didn’t feel pushed into something I didn’t want to do. Kudos to DCH Toyota in Wappinger for restoring my faith in car dealerships. More
