Worthy of recognition I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years. I've written a few bad reviews, but I've never felt the need to write a good one until now. My exper I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years. I've written a few bad reviews, but I've never felt the need to write a good one until now. My experience here was great. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I stopped in to see a specific used car. I wasn't bombarded by sales people and within 5 minutes of walking in, I was introduced to Evan. He came right out with the keys and started the car. We talked briefly about how we couldn't purchase it at this moment(most sales people react poorly assuming youre wasting their time) due to insurance not paying off my totaled car yet. Evans demeanor didn't change and we continued to look over the car. He gave me the car fax and off we went. A week and a half later I contacted Evan to come back in for a test drive. I arrived and the car was ready to go. Drove it, discussed warranty information and let him know I'd be in touch. Today I purchased the car. I had my own financing, but I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Mark, Pinkal and Terry were all great. They had no prior knowledge that I wanted to buy it today. Never once did I feel pressured or bombarded throughout my 3 visits. This is the way car shopping is supposed to be! Their team did a great job as a whole, definitely worthy of recognition. More

It seems like every time I brought this up it was never addressed and no one ever looked at it I felt like some of my concerns you're never fully taken care of like they should have been the fact that the carpet on this car worn out in less than a year by the driver's side to only be told it's not a warranty item is considered normal wear and tear aggravated me now when you taken consider what I found out when I took the car to another dealership for an oil change and had them look at the paint issue they have informed me that the car has been repainted and they showed me the area in the back of a car where it's been repaired if it was such good work I shouldn't have been able to notice it I have no clue of what exactly happened in a car so it leaves me very concerned for the fact that me and my kids right in this vehicle that we have no clue why it was repainted I have noticed that was pointed out from the dealer I went to where the tape lines are on the rear bumper also they noted a defect on the right rear quarter panel. My intentions were to buy a brand new vehicle not one that's been repair I was never informed or just closed on the vehicle being repaired under General business law this is a requirement I feel like once I was sold the car it seemed like they were kind of bothered they would never really return calls 4 simple things some people in the dealership have helped. Also for me to find reviews about DCH Auto Group being sued in New Jersey for this same procedure of not disclosing prior damage on new vehicles makes me believe that I am hundred percent accurate that this is what occurred my vehicle will take a financial hit in it's value even though it was repaired there are still diminished value because technically by law the vehicle has been repaired More
