Nice dealership We looked at both a new cars and used cars. There was absolutely no pressure and we found the prices to be good. We ended up buying a 2 year old used car with 25K miles that came with a full one year warranty, so we were pleased. They also got us a great rate on a car loan. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership, the first was a new car. I particularly like that they will give you the price for a trade-in which they honor by buying the car even if you don't purchase from them. It is actually a "no haggle" dealership More

I was met with the feeling of hospitality uncommon to most dealerships I had been to at the end of the month who just push for the sale. Darryn Secor was personal, knowledgeable, positive and relaxed. Everything was doable and easy. Darryn is professional and extremely easy to work with; I would recommend him to anyone planning on buying a new Toyota. Working with Richard Schiro on the financial end was stress free. It was a complete pleasure from start to finish. I would recommend DCH to anyone who is looking for a stress free, relaxing, positive experience of buying a new vehicle. Jose was extremely personable and knowledgeable concerning the vehicle I was interested in. Later that day, Michael stepped in and was also very helpful and excellent to deal with. With the assistance of the sales mgr., Mr Darryl Callahan, we were able to negotiate a lease price. The day after my wife and I signed all the paperwork we decided we needed to alter the lease agreement. Michael and Darryl worked with me and Toyota Financial to get this done. They could of just told me that it was not possible but they spent the time and effort to work with Toyota Financial to assure my satisfaction! More

Pleasant experience After not getting to the price I wanted at another dealer, I decided to try DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. Through a buying service, I had obtained a c After not getting to the price I wanted at another dealer, I decided to try DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. Through a buying service, I had obtained a competitive price quote for a car very similar to one of the cars on the lot. DCH was very agreeable and fair in meeting this price. Beyond this, it was a much different car buying experience than I've had before, and all the differences were positive. The sales team (we worked with Melissa and Pinkal) displayed a very friendly and low-pressure style. They seemed genuine in their desire to put the customer first. Melissa even found an additional manufacturer's rebate for Prius owners who buy another Prius. I would strongly recommend that people visit DCH if they are interested in buying a Toyota near the Duchess county area. More
