DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

This is my 5th Toyota and my first from DCH Toyota. I am not a fan of car dealerships but this place was very easy to deal with. Bill was a nice guy, who definitely didn't fit the mold of the traditional "c not a fan of car dealerships but this place was very easy to deal with. Bill was a nice guy, who definitely didn't fit the mold of the traditional "car salesman"- which is a big positive in my book. Granted they do try to get you to buy extra services, warranties ect at the end of the sale but they are not pushy about it. They gave me a fair price on my trade in (over $1000 more then Subaru or Mazda offered) and I walked out with a great price on a new Toyota Rav4. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and I do not easily recommend services. More

This was not the first time that my wife & I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We returned to them because our in our prior experience, we found their staff to be great to deal with, kno purchased a vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived, we explained to Leroy that we were looking at vehicles at a few different dealerships. He exerted no pressure on us to make the purchase immediately. He simply listened to what we had to say, made some suggestions & gave us the information we needed, allowing us to consider our choices. We returned for a test drive with Mike to make the final decision between two vehicles. Ultimately, it was the quality of our experience with this dealership that made the decision for us.
