DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

I started out with a purchase of a 2011 Camry to commute with. After meeting Michael Gottuso and spending time going over the car I left the dealership to think about it. I am totally satisfied with the car having 60,000 miles on it in less then 2 years. In July I took my Daughter to look at a Rav 4. Again with Michael. She test drove it and we purchased it that day. She is very happy. They just did the first service and everything is going well. In January I looked at a Tundra with Michale and test drove it. I again left and had to think about it. I called up a week later and it was gone. 8 days ago I meet Michael again and he showed me another color. We again test drove it and as I was looking it over a previous customer that was in earlier called up and purchased it. Michael was trying to locate one to match and found something similar. I placed a deposit on it and the next day Michael called me to let me know the original one I looked at became available. He transferred my deposit to that truck and had it ready to pickup THAT NIGHT!. Michael does not just sell cars, he creates relationships with his customers. He takes his time and will do everything he can to satisfy your needs. Without him at that dealership, I cannot say I would have purchased 3 vehicles in 3 years. Keep up the good work! More

Mr. Porter was very friendly and helpful to my wife and I. We went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon after a snowstorm the night before and Mr. Porter worked most of that day clearing snow and then I. I do not live near the DCH in Wappingers, I live in Westchester so I dealt with Rich over the phone before I even picked up my new 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE. (who ever heard of that???). I drove up there yesterday with my 2004 Sienna they looked it over gave me the fantastic trade in price and had my 2013 ready to go. After going with Corey and signing the paper work. Which he explained all the options that I can have. I put him through the ringer with questions and he was fantastic and patient with me. Then Rich explained the car fully and I mean every detail of the car explained to me I was ready to go. I even forgot to test drive the car. Rich said don't worry if you don't like the car within 3 days or 300 miles I can return it to the dealer no questions asked for a full refund. WHAT!!!! Let me tell you I am not returning this car!.
