I went in to trade my 2008 Yaris...not having good credit I didn't think I would be able to get a good deal. Working with Leroy, Pinkal and Rob I was able to get the car I wanted and LOVE! I first took a 2012 Yaris and wasn't happy with it...in the same day I left with a 2013 Corolla at a very affordable price! I'm very happy that I chose DCH and met Leroy and worked with Pinkal again as well as Rob. An awesome experience!! My sales person, Naeem Randall, was friendly, knowledgeable about all of Toyota's models, polite and very professional. I had been thinking about a Rav4 for some time, but it was on a whim coming knowledgeable about all of Toyota's models, polite and very professional. I had been thinking about a Rav4 for some time, but it was on a whim coming home from Allsport that I stopped and started to look seriously. (I had been browsing a few weeks before this visit at DCH). Naeem approached as I was beginning my search and offered to point out the different RAV4's in stock. and the differences between the different models. Once again, there was no push - just information and opinions when I asked for them.There was never any sense of steering me one way or another to a specific model. He did what good sales people are supposed to do, LISTENED to what I was looking for and filled in the blanks. I would recommend him specifically to a friend or colleague. In addition the car was ready when promised and all questions I had about my new "Toy" were answered. Naeem gives car salesmen a good name and it speaks highly of the dealership as well. I'm not one to write product reviews but I felt I needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not kno needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, we opted to go to DCH. I worked with Matthew Gaynor, the Assistant Service Manager, who was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that he would take care of us. The initial reason for going in was to replace the drive belt which had snapped. While there, I decided to have a few extra things done (ie: broken door handle, broken rear hatch handle and the timing belt replacement which was due). I don't look forward to spending money but, in this case, it was well worth it. All the work was completed professionally and my wife and I are extremely happy with the way things turned out. I called Matthew to personally give him my thanks. He displayed excellent customer service and I look forward to continue bringing my vehicles there when I move into the area shortly. My sales associate, Mike Steinke, took the time to show us various exterior and interior paint combinations on the lot so that we made a satisfactory selection. He patiently reviewed the options included in our desired model so there were no questions left unanswered. The other members of the team were equally helpful and flexible dealing with my requirements. My main reason for shopping for a new car was my wife's birthday. Michael was there to greet us as soon as we stepped into the showroom. Michael (knowing it was my wife's birthday) arranged for balloons and a big red bow to be placed on the new car. Michael went over the top and actually sang Happy Birthday to my wife!
