His professional demeanor, integrity, enthusiasm and personable nature make for a wonderful car buying experience!! I purchased a Camry SE and Bobby took the time to introduce me to the car and all of its amenities, bells and whistles. I would very highly recommend him to anyone that wishes to consider buying a Toyota. Definitely ask for him. I'd also like to comment on the service department. They are very friendly, welcoming and efficient at getting you in and then out, if you are waiting. The lounge that serves as the waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi and a Keurig coffee brewer... they even bring in fresh bagels in the morning!! I have been researching cars for two months. I have been to a lot of dealerships in that time and driven many cars. So I've really been able to hone in on what I like and don't like in customer service, an to a lot of dealerships in that time and driven many cars. So I've really been able to hone in on what I like and don't like in customer service, and I've been able to pretty comfortably understand how much I would need to spend to get the car and options for my money. I'm buying a Toyota Camry SE because it's a beautiful, reliable, VERY comfortable car. But the reasons I'm buying "that" car is because of Bobby Pucher and the culture of customer service at DCHWT. The one thing I really liked is that Bobby is the only person I dealt with thru the entire process. It wasn't one of those deals where he goes on a test drive with me and answers some questions, but when it comes time to talk money he runs in the back to discuss it with the hocus pocus finance manager. No! Bobby was with me the whole way...including negotiating cost and running credit. And he was fabulous!!! He's one of those people you can tell really strives to do a good job and truly wants his customers to be educated about their potential purchase. He didn't attain "elite" status for nothing! I also appreciated that no one from DCH hunted me down with daily phone calls and emails after my first visit. I was given information and allowed time to think about it without the barrage that tends to follow. I found that to be very refreshing. What I'm walking away with from DCHWT is a car I'm super happy with and an experience that will definitely generate loyalty on my part in the future. When discussing this with a friend of mine who has bought Toyotas there, he said he's bought two vehicles from Robert Schaeffer and had the same experience: fantastic! So it's definitely a nod to the management as well that people consistently feel this strongly about their dealership. More

I was immediately greeted by a friendly reception person. She took my information to get me started. She was pleasant and efficient. I did not wait long to begin working with a sales person. She was very friendly and accommodating. She was thorough and took time to explain how their dealership works and the features and options of the car in which I was interested. I was impressed by how Melissa made herself available when she was not scheduled to be at the dealership. She gave her mobile number and returned calls promptly. I got the impression that she was very honest and up front with answers to my questions. Additionally, the financial person that processed my paperwork was also very nice, efficient, and thorough. My overall impression was that the people I worked with were honest, friendly and good at their jobs. It is my first impression of buying a Toyota and it was a good experience. More

We recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and Richard Schiro was the sales associate who helped us. The office was very respectful and accommodating to our time and our needs. Their no pressure sales approach made a normally dreadful car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. We started our experience about 2 weeks ago when my wife decided to shop without me. She had very limited time as she had our 2 year old with her while the 4 year old was in school. She was able to discuss with Rich what we were looking for and get a value for her trade and never pressured to buy. She was able to leave in time to pick up our 4 year old from preschool. When I went to test drive the truck Rich was not available at the time and instead of making us wait, Rob and Daryl helped. While on the test drive, Rob explained to me the sales team does not work on commission and the focus of the dealership is volume and customer satisfaction with their car buying experience. While I enjoyed the test drive, I was not completely sold on the truck. I wanted something different than what they had on their lot. Rob explained this to Daryl, we shook hands and I was able to leave without any pressure to buy. My wife and Rich texted back and forth over what we were looking for and once Rich was able to get what we were looking for on their lot, he set up an appointment with us to return. The closing of the deal was smooth. We got the truck we wanted for the price we wanted without the games! We were able to drive away in our new truck in less than 3 hours from the time we agreed to the deal! I am very impressed with this dealership and their professional staff. They respected our time and worked with our needs without the pressure usually associated with buying a car. When I am ready to buy another car, I will return here as they have changed my perspective on the car buying experience. More

Bill seemed completely at ease setting up and explaining how particular features worked! He continued to follow up even after delivery. Overall this dealership impresses me even more now than when I purchased the first car (which I traded in here) because of the sense of professionalism with which the employees conduct themselves.
