I came into DCH looking for a new Camry and first met with Bill Albrect who was very nice. First and foremost, he was totally laid back; I never felt any buying pressure from him whatsoever. He is very knowledgeable about his product and seemed to very quickly understand my personality and situation. He took me on a long test drive where we just chatted and answered my questions about the car. He took me to the inventory lot and we found my car. A steel gray 2012 Camry LE. We negotiated a very good price and he just visited his manager one time to to this. There was none of that horrible being turned over to a high pressure closer. The finance person presented me with a list of additional options for the car such as extended warranties which I declined and there was really no pressure from him about it. I took the train to pick up the car on July 20,2012 and Michael met me at the station, no problem. He took a good bit of time explaining the car's controls to me which I appreciated. In my walk around of the car I found I tiny blemish on the roof. Michael had me come back the next day and they fixed it in half an hour. As to the car itself, it's wonderful. It's extremely comfortable for me with the power driver's seat, very quiet, handles beautifully, and is getting great gas mileage. Overall I highly recommend Michael and DCH. And also, they handled the transfer of my tags and put a new registration on the car without me having to wait for it to come in the mail. More

The purchase of our Prius 5 thru DCH Wapp Falls Toyota was the best car purchase experiance I have had in my lifetime (55 years old). His accompaning us on our test drive, sitting in the back pointing outfeatures and anwser questions really sold the car. We felt total trust in him and his interest in the technology of this machine was eveident. He also could see that we did not want the basic Prius but either a 4 or 5 and did not waist time just trying to push the lower end model on us. While at the same time never making feel pressure our the 4 or 5 either. He got us the answer we needed and had Daryl (sales manager) join in on the negotiation to deliver us a price within our budget we could accept. However there were no Prius 5 to be had in the colors we wanted so they put a good push on getting the order in for us and keeping us up to date on teh status and coordinated with us check on the color combinations we interested by having us check our similiar cars in the color options so we could confirm the final selection and confirm the order. When the car finally came in we were delighted and the delivery was flawless. Bill spent well over an hour demostrating to me the features of my Prius 5 and setting up my Bluetooth and Navigation system. So far the car is awsome and I love every minute of my 160 mile per day commute thanks to Bill Albrecht and the assistance of Daryl & Rob Goldberg. Also Dee McDowell was an unexpected surprise with her follow up and mission to please the customer. What a great experience and team at DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota.
