My wife and I were searching for a car that would have better gas mileage than my current SUV but still had the room and storage. Daniel came up and greeted my wife and I upon entering the showroom and immediately began to give us excellent customer service. He asked us what our needs and wants are and explained the ins and outs of buying a car from his dealership. (This is the first dealership that I have ever been to where they don't get paid on commission). He didn't try to show me the most expensive car or go out of my price range, he showed me exactly what was in my budget and where I wanted to be in payment which was literally no payment. Daniel was very patient with us because we had an infant with us and she can get very fussy so we wanted to be in and out as quick as possible and he did every thing in his power to expedite the process. After a couple of minutes we found the car we wanted and had our trade appraised. Long story short we bought a used Camry from them and we love it. We will never buy anything but a Toyota going forward and will never shop anywhere but DCH because they really delivered customer happiness and I am very hard to please so that says a lot. Thanks to Dan and his team for making my wife and me have the best experience EVER for buying a car! More

This is my 3rd Toyota. I knew DCH was a well rated dealership but my choice was to stay close to home except the other dealership was closed on Sunday and you were opened. We were greeted at the door and introduced to Melissa. She worked with us geting the best truck and deal, even lower than I expected. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and I am very happy with the decision I made. I'm considering leasing a car in a year and I will definitely come back to DCH in Wappinger Falls, NY I am glad I made the decision to come here and would recommend DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota to everyone and ask for Melissa. Manager, salesman, and finance person did not play games with you concerning figures. As a woman purchasing car I felt that they did not try to impress me with just the looks of the car, but introduced the mechanics of the car as well. Salesman asked what the car would be used for and the amount of driving I do,previous dealerships did not. Manager gave me what I expected on my trade in. Dealership has free course on the mechanics of the Prius and maintaining the Prius. Having come from my previous dealership that I was with for the last 10 years and being the previous owner of full packaged mercedes trucks, I was very surprised at how well the Prius held the road,offered all the extras that the Mercedes did, and ESPECIALLY THE GAS MILAGE I AM GETTING since I have had it home the past 2 days. Finally, the greatest surprise about the dealership is that,(being I had really no intention of buying a car from them the very same day and taking it home that day, was the attentiveness and the interest in my needs by all staff, plus the fact that the salesmen respected me as a woman buyer.Needless to say I am very happy with my new car and my husband wants to know when he will be allowed to drive it!!! Unfortunately, my car died unexpectedly last week, and it was time to move on. When I went into Toyota of Wappingers, I didn't have as much money saved up as I would have liked. I only hoped that I might be able to leave there in a shiny new Camry. After walking through the door, I met with Bobby Pucher. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He had a welcoming smile, a great personality, and was very professional. I sat down and told him what I wanted and what I could afford, and not only did he help me get into the Camry I wanted, but he helped me get into an even nicer model then I thought possible! I was just thrilled. I felt the entire process went very smoothly. Ive heard horror stories from friends about what a nightmare it can be trying to get into a new vehicle, but I was in and out of there in a relatively short amount of time, and found the experience to be rather exciting. Everyone in there seemed pretty laid back, and at no time did I ever feel 'Sold'. Even the finance manager seemed like a really nice guy :) I definitely give this Toyota dealership 5 stars. I would give it 10 if I could. I had an extremely positive experience there, and I highly recommend it. As for my shiny new Camry... I'm in love. (happy dance!) More

I went to DCH Toyota to look at a used vehicle I had seen on their website. From the moment I walked in the front doors until I drove off with my car a couple days later, I was treated with nothing but frie on their website. My salesman was Michael Gottuso, who I can tell you goes well beyond the normal car salesman. He was so professional and friendly during my dealing with him and went out of his way to make sure that my purchase went as smoothly as possible. I was treated by everyone at DCH Toyota as if I purchasing a new, high-end model Toyota, instead of an older used vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the dealings of the sales department, as well as the financing of the vehicle. I will recommend DCH to anyone I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
