On the 4th of July I was making phone calls to the dealerships around the area to get a quote/best deal on new Toyota Sienna. I spoke to a woman named Mary. Mary was not very knowledgeable about the c dealerships around the area to get a quote/best deal on new Toyota Sienna. I spoke to a woman named Mary. Mary was not very knowledgeable about the cars that this dealership was selling. I was interested in Sienna LE 8 passenger minivan and asked her if the middle seat in the 2nd row is removable. She did not know. Then she started to read vehicle description to me and told me that it is NOT removable. ( FYI: the seat is completely removable and could be stored in the special area of the trunk.) This detail was very important to me and she had no knowledge about the cars she selling whatsoever. Called a dealership in NJ who's internet sales specialist was very professional and knowledgeable. Bought a car from them the very next day. More
