Just got amazed, and pleasantly so. I'm a Dutchess County weekender who lives in Manhattan, and when my battery gave out in the middle of this heavy snow season, got a jump and took the car to a local Toyota weekender who lives in Manhattan, and when my battery gave out in the middle of this heavy snow season, got a jump and took the car to a local Toyota dealer who shall remain nameless. Got an estimate on some $4,000 worth of "needed" maintenance work, and paid for what was described as immediately necessary, holding back on the other half based on well-develop;ed cynicism. Lot of very shifty guys in auto repair, in shops big and small. When schedule permitted took car to DCH Wappingers where I've had good service in the past. Assistant Service Manager Crystal Costa had the car test driven, inspected, and came into customer service area to tell me nothing whatsoever was needed and there would be no charge. Don't know about you, but that's astonishing to me. Think I can actually trust this dealer to do good work at fair prices, and only the work that's needed. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else if at all possible. The place is clean, efficient, coffee is good and can't beat the pleasant, reliable, trustworty service. Thank you Crystal, please pass the thanks to the service guys, you have at least one customer who thinks you are all pretty special. More

I just wanted to leave postivie feedback about Robert as a way of thanking him for all of his help with my 2011 Camry purchase. He answered all my questions cheerfully and without pressure. I felt comfortable with DCH's no haggle pricing on my new purchase and the very respectable value I got on my trade in, so, it all added up to a no brainer. Just had to decide on which trim level I wanted. Last thing, Robert found a small body ding on the new car when it was being prepped, so, he alerted me before my inpsection, and immediately located an indentical on the lot for me to take instead. For ths small amount of inconvenience this created, it went miles to intill even more confindence in entire dealership. More

In December of 2010 an unforseeable accident occurred when the dealership's garage door met my back window. Specifically, Crystal Costa, assistant service manager, quickly jumped into action and helped calm an unpleasant situation. The repair took several days, and she was in contact with me every step from beginning to end. Her professionalism and kind demeanor made this situation easier to deal with and actually lifted an exteme amount of stress off my shoulders. I raved to my friends and family about Crystal and the staff at DCH Wappingers Toyota. They made good of a bad situation. They definately look out for their customers. My mother and I just bought a used 2007 Toyota Yaris Sadan. I love the car! Better yet the deal on it was great compaired to cars at other dealerships.I feel we got the best bang for our buck!
